Maybe a little "commercial", but I get you point. Our classrooms certainly do not reflect the technically rich environment they should. The district has a history of not “planning” for technology. We continue this practice today with a camera here a projector there. The collective we have by default degraded the importance of the technically rich classroom environment. Worse yet we continue to think that if I have 100 computers now I should always have a hundred computers.
